Who are MPI?
Munro Property Investments was formed due to the large demand for residential buy to let investments that exists in the North East of England.
With pensions not performing many people are moving towards property as their NEW PENSION, where there all associated cost of the investment are covered by the rent. M.P.I brought this concept to the financial services allowing mortgage brokers and estate agents alike to offer this concept to their clients.
With the pace of modern life and the day to day responsibilities people face we have created a hands off approach to property investment which means we do all the work for them so they don’t have to. With MPI we are the one stop shop when it comes to property investments, we offer everything from finding the ideal buy to let property all the way through to delivering the rental cheque with Munro Estates our very own state of the art property management company.
