Our monthly full management charge is 12.5% of the monthly rent.

This will cover the following:-

  • Collection of the rent (weekly or monthly)
  • Quarterly check of the property
  • Rent is collected 1 month in advance.

Munro Estate charges

Tennant Finder/set up service £250.
This includes the following:-

  • A full condition report and photos of the property will be taken prior to a tenant moving in
  • A CP12 gas check will be carried out ( landlords gas certificate ).
  • All advertising,
  • A damage deposit will be taken from the tenant at the start of the tenancy and will be kept by the DPS (Deposit Protection Service).
  • Informing gas, electric, and water companies of the status of the property and occupants details.
  • Informing the council of the status of the property and occupants details.
  • credit checking prospective tenants
