Munro Estate charges

Full management finder’s fee is £395.
This includes the following:-

  • This includes 6 month’s rent guarantee (more details available upon request).
  • A full condition report and photos of the property will be taken prior to a tenant moving in
  • A CP12 gas check will be carried out ( landlords gas certificate ).
  • All advertising,
  • A damage deposit will be taken from the tenant at the start of the tenancy and will be kept by the DPS (Deposit Protection Service).
  • Informing gas, electric, and water companies of the status of the property and occupants details.
  • Informing the council of the status of the property and occupants details.
  • Credit checking prospective tenants.
